Pepper crusted 10oz. Ahi Tuna Filet seared Medium-Rare served atop a Fresh Field Green Salad with our Soy-Ginger Citrus Dressing garnished with Black Sesame Seeds
A combination of Local Lump, Special and Claw Crab meat sautéed in a light Cream Sauce with Apple Smoked Bacon, Roasted Portabella Mushrooms, Sautéed Spinach and a dollop of our Lemon Salsa
